Every product runs through APOS — an open-source pipeline built on Claude that carries an idea from demand-validation through design, build, and review to the App Store submission gate.
The rule the whole studio turns on: evidence before enthusiasm. Demand is validated before a line of code is written. One problem per app. Native, accessible, considered — and British where it counts: UK tax, UK savings rules, UK ISAs, not adapted from somewhere else.

Validate before building
Demand is tested before code exists. If people don't need it, it doesn't get built — however good the idea felt.
One problem per app
No feature creep, no platform plays. Each product does one job and does it properly.
Built for the UK
The finance apps are built for UK tax, UK savings rules, and UK ISAs — not localised from an American product.
